Moving forty pilgrims is not moving four families four times. The difference is not the number of seats — it is that a group arrives together, prays together and is expected back together, and one late vehicle holds up everybody.

We run Coaster and coach transport across Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah for tour groups, mosque parties and Umrah operators. The same vehicles and, where the schedule allows, the same drivers stay with your group for the whole trip rather than being assigned journey by journey.

Group sizes we carry

Larger parties are carried across several vehicles travelling together. Tell us the headcount and we will say plainly what combination it takes — we would rather do that than put fifty people on a forty-four seat coach and sort it out on the day.

What we cover for a group

• Airport arrivals and departures Jeddah and Madinah. A group landing on one flight leaves the airport on one vehicle, rather than in a convoy of cars assembled in the car park.
• Makkah to Madinah and back The full 450 km run, hotel to hotel, with prayer and rest stops. Via Badr if your itinerary includes it, and with the ihram stop at Dhul Hulayfah built in for the southbound leg.
• Ziyarat in both cities The half-day circuits in Makkah and Madinah, run at group pace — which is slower than a family's, and we plan for that rather than rushing the back of the party.
• Meeqat runs Masjid Aisha or Ji'ranah for a group entering ihram together, with the vehicle waiting while everybody changes and prays.
• Local movements Hotel changes, train station transfers, Haram drop-offs. The unglamorous legs that decide whether a group leader's week runs smoothly.

Booking a whole itinerary

Most group enquiries are not for one journey. They are for a trip — arrival, both cities, Ziyarat in each, and a departure a week or ten days later. Send us the whole thing at once and we will price it as a whole, which is both cheaper for you and easier for us to schedule than six separate bookings.

A rough version of that is enough to get a price. We would rather quote early from partial information and refine it than wait until your itinerary is final, because by then the vehicles may not be.

How a group booking runs

1. You send the itinerary, we send a price Priced as a whole trip rather than leg by leg. If part of it does not make sense — a Ziyarat trip squeezed into an afternoon that will not take one — we will say so.
2. Vehicles are assigned to your group Not pooled and reallocated between bookings. Your group leader knows which vehicles and, where the schedule allows, which drivers they are dealing with for the trip.
3. One point of contact throughout Group leaders should not be phoning a dispatcher they have never spoken to when a flight is delayed at midnight. You deal with the same person for the whole trip.
4. Changes handled as they come Groups change. Someone falls ill, a flight moves, the party wants an extra stop. Tell us as early as you can and we will rework it — subject to vehicles being free, which in peak season is a real constraint rather than a formality.

For travel agents and Umrah operators

If you are bringing groups regularly rather than once, say so on the first enquiry. It changes how we schedule you — repeat operators get planned into the season rather than fitted around it, which matters most in exactly the weeks when vehicles are scarce.

What we can say without qualification is that October to January and Ramadan are the weeks when large vehicles run out, and that coaches go first. A group trip in those periods is worth arranging as far ahead as your itinerary allows.

Send us the headcount, the dates and the outline of the trip. You do not need a finished itinerary — a rough shape is enough for us to tell you what it would cost and whether the vehicles exist on those dates.
