Airport Transfers — Service page body

The first hour after landing is the one most pilgrims worry about. You have come off a long flight, often with family and more luggage than you left with, into an airport where you do not speak the language and the queue for a taxi is longer than the queue for immigration.

We take that hour off your hands. Send us your flight number when you book, and a driver is inside the arrivals hall before you clear customs, holding a board with your name on it. The fare was agreed the day you booked and does not change — not for a delayed landing, not for luggage, not for a three in the morning arrival.

What happens when you land

  1. We watch your flight, not the clock Your booking carries your flight number. If you land two hours late, your driver is still there — you are not charged for the wait and you do not need to message anyone from the air.
  2. Your driver meets you inside arrivals Not at a kerbside pickup point, not in a car park you have to find. He waits in the arrivals hall with a board showing your name, and helps with your bags from there.
  3. Straight to your hotel No waiting for the vehicle to fill up with other passengers, no stops you did not ask for. The car is yours for the journey.
  4. You pay the fare you were quoted There is no meter. Whatever figure we confirmed on WhatsApp is the figure at the end of the journey.

Airports we cover

JED

King Abdulaziz International, Jeddah

The arrival point for most pilgrims. We run transfers from Jeddah to hotels in Makkah, to hotels in Jeddah itself, and direct to Madinah for pilgrims starting there.

MED

Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz, Madinah

Transfers between the airport and hotels in the Haram area, in both directions. A short journey, but one worth having arranged before you land.

We operate in Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah only. That is a deliberate choice — it is the whole of the pilgrim journey, and it means our drivers know these roads rather than learning them on your trip.

Choosing your vehicle

The fare is for the whole vehicle, not per person, so pick by how many of you there are and how much luggage you are carrying. Pilgrims returning from Umrah almost always have more bags than they arrived with — Zamzam alone accounts for a case.

Not sure which you need? Tell us how many are travelling and how many cases you have, and we will tell you — it costs us nothing and a cramped four-hour drive is a bad start to a pilgrimage.

Booking an airport transfer

Message us on WhatsApp with four things: your flight number, the date, where you are going, and how many of you are travelling. We reply with a fixed fare, usually within minutes. There is no deposit and no account to create.

Book as early as you can between October and January, and through Ramadan — those are the months when vehicles run out rather than fares going up. Outside those periods we take same-day bookings whenever a vehicle is free.

Tell us your flight

Send your flight number and where you are heading. We will confirm a fixed fare before you travel.
